Oil Spill at the Port of Catoosa

We ran a call with Tulsa E-31 to the Port of Catoosa, a semi flatbed trailer lost his load on the roadway.
It appeared to be a CAT motor and it dumped approximately 40 gallons of motor oil on the road that found its way in to the storm water drain. Rogers County DEQ was call to the scene as well as a remediation company. CF
